Mercure Luxembourg Off Kirchberg

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel with well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast selection and the convenient transport links. The hotel is a converted former brewery with some of the original features but modern interiors. But it is the staff who make this a great place to stay. Without exception reception staff and housekeeping are attentive. Special mention to Joyto who was so helpful from start to finish during our stay. With the free bus transportation it is easy to get around. However, from the Airport we found the best route is BUS 29 to Cents Wassertum (6 stops) then change to BUS 9 to Neuduerf Brasserie stop which is directly opposite the hotel. Luxembourg is an expensive city but this hotel is value for money especially if you book with breakfast included. I look forward to staying here again when I next visit Luxembourg.

This hotel was based on the main road that takes you straight into the city. You don't even have to get transport if you don't want to as it's a 30-minute walk down one road, so the location was amazing for us. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming during our stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to luxembourg. The area is very safe and you have an Italian restaurant just round the corner which was amazing.

Lovely hotel, beautifully designed. Staff were wonderful, friendly and made you feel welcome. Shout out to Aimee and Ahmed, and another lady who I couldn’t catch the name extended my stay last minute. Made my whole experience smoother. Stayed in room 2019 (views to a backstreet) & 2024( view to the Main Street with a nice bathtub). Bus stops right outside take you to city centre/ Lux Gare.

Room was well laid out. Plenty of room for a family of four with a double and two single sofa beds. Shower room is separate from the toilet which is convenient. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and everything fresh. The location is ok but there isn’t much going on so you need to either head to the centre, or there is also a large shopping mall in the opposite direction.

The hotel was ideally located for our stay and had ecerything we needed for our one night stay. There was a comfortable bed with very comfy pillows, a large tv screen and we also had the use of a terrace outside our room. The coffee machine was a nice addition! The breakfast buffet offered a very large choice, and had a good vegetarian selection.
