Loved the modern, boujee design of this hotel. Sparkling cleanliness and the comfiest bed! Delicious breakfast with a good selection available too. Also, a bus stop directly outside which was ideal when getting Luxembourg’s FREE public transport to/from the city and also the airport.

The hotel is very well situated right next to bus stops, which makes it very easy and convenient to get back to the hotel or go to the airport/ city center (6-10 min to city center) - transport is free in Luxembourg so the hotel is a great location even though it is not central. The design of the room is very pretty, beds were super comfy and staff was very nice. The room also had tea/coffee/water which were much appreciated in the morning. The lobby/ bar of the hotel is very nice.

The hotel was ideally located for our stay and had ecerything we needed for our one night stay. There was a comfortable bed with very comfy pillows, a large tv screen and we also had the use of a terrace outside our room. The coffee machine was a nice addition! The breakfast buffet offered a very large choice, and had a good vegetarian selection.

I liked almost everything about the hotel. It has great design and was very comfortable for a single traveler. Of note: the bathroom is completely open with glass all around so if you are not comfortable with that or traveling with friends, I suggest looking elsewhere. Although it is a bit out of the way it has a bus stop just outside that will take you downtown in minutes, bonus that public transport is also free.

Great location, everything is very clean and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would like to single out the hostess David, he was happy to help us, told us about all the beautiful places in Luxembourg, where we went later. He was very polite and friendly! I want to return to such people! Overall the hotel was just great. We were able to park easily in the public parking lot right next to the hotel. By the way, parking is free from 6 pm on Friday and all weekend. Therefore, it is the perfect place for a weekend trip to Luxembourg.

New hotel with nice modern, decor; great location (quiet, ca. 15/20 minutes from town centre/ main train station, bus from front of the hotel every 15 mins) and all Luxembourg public transport is free!; competent, helpful staff; exceptionally clean (cleaners always at work); good value for what I paid (breakfast included); quality breakfast options; good soundproofing; didn't bother us that there weren't many dinner options very close by as the old town was close eniugh and we were there every day anyway.

Immediately on walking into this hotel we were impressed by the stylish setting. Fantastic customer service from checking in to checking out. We opened the door to our room on the second floor. Yet another wow. large window seating area. A table and stool with beautiful cushions and furnishings. Bottled water replenished daily. Also bus stops outside the hotel can take you all over Luxembourg free and transfer to and from the airport free. There are a number of restaurants near to the hotel including a great Brasserie. The wonderful caring and attentive staff made our stay just exceptional. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Can't wait to return and stay at The Mercure Luxembourg Off Kirchberg.

I have been to this hotel already multiple times. The rooms are very nice. They are also super quiet (there was no noise from the street or other rooms at all, even though my last room was next to the breakfast room!). The bathroom is very stylish and clean. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere. The breakfast is amazing!

Great location. Very easy to get about from here. Room and hotel décor was gorgeous and there were so many additional amenities provided. We couldn’t believe the great value we got here.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. Kind staff, a very good room, nice AC and very quiet. They cleaned the room every day, the breakfast was nice and we could sit on the terrace during breakfast. The bed was big and comfy and the shower was amazing. The bus (free) to the city center was right in front of the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes to get to the city. The hotel is in a quiet area. We had a great stay!!
